Blizzard’s next World of Warcraft: Forever beta patch will intensify weather in “certain” zones, a teaser shows. Its Elwynn Forest rainstorm fills the screen with rain and fog, obscuring the view near Goldshire; patch notes are expected later this week.
The beta’s level cap is 20. Blizzard has not specified which zones will get stronger weather or whether snowstorms and sandstorms are planned.
The update follows player requests for more intense weather. Rain and snow already occur in the beta, but some players said storms felt too infrequent or mild.
