The Bears have not ruled out Caleb Williams or Tyson Bagent for Monday’s game against the Eagles. Bagent must progress through concussion protocol, while the team monitors Williams’ hamstring; if neither is cleared, veteran Case Keenum would start.
Coach Ben Johnson said he is confident in all three quarterbacks and that the uncertainty will not change the team’s preparation or game plan. Keenum was the only quarterback to practice Wednesday in preparation to start if Williams and Bagent are unavailable.
Williams did not practice but took part in walk-throughs and contributed ideas to the team’s preparation, Johnson said.
