Through three games, Manning had thrown for 661 yards and seven touchdowns, with two interceptions. In his latest outing, he passed for 161 yards and two touchdowns in Texas’ 30-6 win over UTSA; earlier, he led a fourth-quarter comeback against Ohio State.
