At a Global Stage conversation during the 81st UN General Assembly, Rev. Daniel G. Groody warned that people risk being reduced to algorithms and technology. He said humanity must keep love, connection and communion in view as technology evolves.
Groody said the Borgo Dialogues bring people together for conversations with “moral clarity, intellectual rigor and practical impact,” and create space to consider ways of being human beyond what Pope Francis called a “technocratic paradigm.” He also highlighted Borgo Laudato Si' as a place to reconnect with nature, beauty and community.
