At 60, Halle Berry says aging has boosted confidence and eased guilt

At a Sept. 20 event in Los Angeles, Halle Berry said aging has strengthened her confidence and helped her set boundaries without guilt. The 60-year-old actress said she now puts her needs first, with fiancé Van Hunt’s support making self-love easier.

Speaking with moderator Jaclyn Johnson, Berry said she has always followed her own path rather than trying to keep up with others. She described this time of life to women as their “best chapter.”
