U.S. buyers of seven iPhone 15 and 16 models can apply for up to $95 from Apple's $250 million settlement over claims that buyers were misled about a delayed Siri AI upgrade. Purchases must date from June 10, 2024, to March 29, 2025; final approval is pending.
Eligible models are iPhone 16, iPhone 16e, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. Applicants must enter the phone's serial number, available in Settings. Judge Noël Wise of the Northern District of California is scheduled to consider final approval at a Feb. 24, 2027, hearing, so submitting a form does not guarantee payment.
