Julio Rodríguez hit his 22nd homer, a 451-foot shot, as Seattle took a 3-1 lead in the second. The Angels tied the game in the fifth after a dropped third strike let Christian Moore reach: Josh Lowe scored on a groundout, then Zach Neto singled in Moore.
