Jarvis Landry, a five-time Pro Bowler, questioned Jordan Love’s future in Green Bay, saying a “little switch up” may be needed after the Packers’ 35-14 home loss to Atlanta. Love completed 28 of 53 passes for 312 yards, two touchdowns and an interception.
Love spent years behind Aaron Rodgers, and Landry said that history helped create high expectations; he cited Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes as quarterbacks who figure things out regardless of their rosters. Landry said Love had shown flashes in recent years but looked “very flat” this season. Love signed a four-year, $220 million extension in 2024.
Pro Football Network’s QB Impact rankings placed Love 29th through three games, with a 65.5 grade compared with 75.0 for an average qualifying starter. In that span, he threw for 844 yards, six touchdowns and two interceptions, completing 52.4% of his passes; his CPOE was -10.1.
