Weather canceled NASCAR Cup Series qualifying at Kansas Speedway on Saturday, so NASCAR used its rulebook metric to set Sunday's Hollywood Casino 400 lineup. Joey Logano starts first, Kyle Larson second, Christopher Bell third and Ryan Blaney 25th.
Carson Hocevar and Ty Gibbs start fourth and fifth. Denny Hamlin, Bubba Wallace, William Byron, Ryan Preece and Josh Berry fill positions six through 10; Tyler Reddick is 15th and Chase Elliott 18th.
Rain also disrupted Friday's schedule at Kansas: NASCAR canceled Craftsman Truck Series practice and qualifying, while ARCA Menards Series practice and qualifying were scrapped.
