The Yankees rescheduled their Sept. 26 game against the Orioles for Friday, Sept. 25, citing a forecast of sustained inclement weather. It will open a single-admission doubleheader at 4:05 p.m. ET; game two starts about 30 minutes after game one ends.
The first game includes Josh Hart’s bobblehead night and a pregame retirement of CC Sabathia’s No. 52. Tickets for the original Sept. 25 game are valid for Friday’s doubleheader; holders of Sept. 26 tickets will likely be able to exchange them only for 2027 tickets.
The Yankees had not announced plans for Sunday’s game. The Orioles were one game ahead of the Blue Jays despite both being eliminated from playoff contention; their final standings order could affect the draft lottery, so MLB may try to fit in the game around possible bad weather.
