Wisconsin rallied from 10 points down to beat No. 13 Penn State 24-20 on the road, giving Luke Fickell his biggest win at Wisconsin. Joseph threw three interceptions, but Wisconsin scored two late touchdowns and stopped Penn State on the final play.
Penn State built a 17-0 lead early in the second quarter after Joseph threw two interceptions, including a pick-six. Wisconsin cut the deficit to 17-7 before halftime, then a third-quarter field goal put Penn State ahead 20-10.
Darrion Dupree helped spark the rally with runs of 17 and 13 yards and a 25-yard screen pass. Eugene Hilton's 13-yard touchdown brought Wisconsin within three, and Jacob Harris caught a 72-yard go-ahead score with 1:13 left. The win leaves Wisconsin 3-1 entering Week 5, with a chance to be ranked Monday.
