North Carolina photographer Katie Hunt found rocks instead of film inside every canister in a $250 Amazon order for a wedding shoot. She had extra rolls on hand; Amazon refunded her and said it would investigate.
Amazon later sent Hunt a free box of film, she said in a TikTok update. A company spokesperson told People Amazon had made things right with her and would continue looking into the incident.
Hunt told Storyful she did not believe the seller was responsible; she assumed someone had bought the film and returned it.
