Louisville's processing center has been taking overflow from the Evansville, Indiana, site during its equipment upgrades. USPS said some volume from affected facilities would be diverted to its Nashville processing center and a Springdale, Ohio, annex; it said processing flows and transit times should improve after installations are complete and operations stabilize.
