Realtor.com says Simone Biles listed her Spring, Texas, home for $1.2 million. The couple’s Houston-area mansion remains their Texas home. Biles said she would later move to Indianapolis while Owens plays for the Colts; that is not a permanent departure from Texas.
The 3,998-square-foot house was built in 2019 and sits on more than an acre. It has four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a three-car garage and a pool. Biles bought it in 2020; it was her first home.
Biles and Owens’ custom lakefront mansion in the Houston area was completed on Nov. 11, 2025. It includes a home theater, game room, wet bar, pool and spa, basketball court and a dedicated space for their dogs. Sports Illustrated previously described it as a $3 million mansion, but the couple has not publicly confirmed its final value.
