One Reddit commenter described a husband who allegedly had a second identity and family in Seattle, with vested stock options said to be worth $214 million. The commenter also said he had a family in Czechia, had moved there to avoid family court and was being pursued for extradition. Another post claimed an Australian husband hid more than $10 million through a tax-office overpayment, refunded six months later with interest.
Other posts described disputes over belongings and alleged acts of spite. One commenter said a husband glued dozens of his wife’s belongings to household items after leaving their home. Another relayed a lawyer’s account of a couple spending months and nearly $100,000 fighting over an ashtray, which the wife smashed after winning it.
