Jonathan Taylor Thomas was arrested in Westlake Village, Calif., on Sept. 21 after a vehicle he rode in was stopped in a DUI investigation. He was a passenger; police say he was arrested for public intoxication and obstruction, but no charges have been filed.
Law enforcement said the driver was being investigated for DUI when Thomas got out of the vehicle. Deputies told him to get back in and said he failed to comply and obstructed the investigation. Jail records show he was booked at 1:50 a.m. Sept. 21 and released more than 34 hours later.
The district attorney’s office has not filed charges, but a prosecutor may review the case and file charges within the statute of limitations. People said it had reached out to Thomas’ team.
