Green Bay’s only unsettled spot on its projected 48-man roster for Thursday against Atlanta is at defensive line: Javon Hargrave or Anthony Campbell is expected to be active. The Packers did not elevate practice-squad lineman Eric Johnson II.
Four players had already been ruled out: receiver Jayden Reed, offensive linemen Zach Bako-Bewele and Aaron Banks, and defensive lineman Warren Brinson. With only four defensive linemen considered certain to play, the projection leaves one reserve at the position for base defense.
The projection expects Skyy Moore to handle Reed’s slot-receiver snaps, while the writer says Bo Melton could also take some work in the slot.
