Memory One, OurenPet’s AI pet wearable, is on Indiegogo for backers at $259, about 35% below its planned $399 retail price. It tracks visual, audio, activity and location data; the campaign runs through Oct. 30, with first shipments expected mid-December.
OurenPet says on-device processing and cloud-based AI turn footage and behavioral data into shareable diaries, short video recaps and periodic highlight reels. The software also flags unusual changes in a pet’s activity or behavior for the owner’s attention.
The first shipping version includes live video access intended to help locate a missing pet. Outdoor GPS, nearby Bluetooth signals and visible LEDs are also meant to narrow the search area. OurenPet says it is exploring activity-based pet profiles and meetup logging, and plans to let users choose whether behavioral data is shared.
