No. 10 LSU (2-1) hosts No. 23 Texas A&M (2-1) Saturday at 6:30 p.m. CT on ABC for their 65th meeting. LSU lost at Ole Miss, while A&M fell at home to Kentucky; the Aggies have won the last two, including a 49-25 victory in Tiger Stadium on Oct. 25, 2025.
In that 2025 game, LSU led 18-14 at halftime before its offense stalled and Texas A&M rallied. Brian Kelly was fired the next day, and a six-week coaching search ended with Lane Kiffin leaving Ole Miss for LSU.
With four LSU wins from 2012 to 2015 vacated, the Tigers lead the series 32-25-3. Texas A&M’s 74-72 seven-overtime win in 2018 ended a six-game LSU streak; the Tigers won 50-7 in 2019, en route to a national championship.
