Nick Bosa is expected to miss a few weeks after injuring his calf at 49ers practice Thursday, Adam Schefter reported. He is expected to miss Sunday's game against Arizona and could miss San Francisco's Week 5 matchup with Seattle; the team is weighing injured reserve.
If San Francisco places Bosa on injured reserve before Sunday's game against the Cardinals, he would be out through Week 7; the 49ers have a bye in Week 8.
The 49ers already have six members of their defensive front seven on injured reserve, including five defensive linemen: C.J. West, Sam Okuayinonu, Mikail Kamara, Andrew Famer II and Alfred Collins.
