Ella Langley’s 'Choosin’ Texas' breaks Mariah Carey’s all-time record for weeks at No. 1

Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas” set a Hot 100 record with 23 weeks at No. 1.

It surpassed Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You,” which had spent 22 weeks atop the chart since its 1994 release. Langley’s song was also named Billboard’s “Song of the Summer” earlier this year.
