Susan Collins bribery report throws wrench into razor-thin Senate battle

ProPublica says the FBI was preparing a probe into allegations involving Susan Collins.

Former Navatek chief Martin Kao alleged that donations were exchanged for defense contracts; he cooperated with investigators after pleading guilty while seeking leniency.
