Hayden Panettiere’s cause of death revealed

Coroner’s report says Hayden Panettiere died from the toxic effects of several drugs.

The Greenville County Coroner’s Office ruled the death accidental and listed fentanyl, 4-ANPP, alprazolam, methocarbamol and quetiapine. Panettiere was found in cardiac arrest at a South Carolina home on Aug. 16, and resuscitation efforts failed, the report said.
