Trump and Natalie Harp hit with lawsuit over Truth Social changes

Watchdog groups sued Trump and aide Natalie Harp over Truth Social’s paid feed.

The complaint, filed Sept. 17, challenges Truth API, launched Aug. 1, which gives subscribers real-time access to selected accounts, including those of Trump and government officials. The service costs $100,000 a month, or $60,000 with a three-year commitment. The groups allege it denies the public equal, timely access to government information and violates constitutional and federal law.
