Raymond James estimates serving Muse users could cost Meta no more than $12 billion a year, while revenue from the agent could approach $50 billion. The article’s model projects gross margins as high as 76%, compared with Meta’s existing 82%, which it attributes to S&P Global Market Intelligence.
Meta stock was up 3.1% by 11:35 a.m. on the report’s publication day, after a brief pause Tuesday. Tigress, Raymond James, JPMorgan and Citizens raised targets that day. Evercore ISI viewed Muse as a more likely catalyst for Meta stock than the metaverse had been.
