Lions' Jameson Williams totals 78 yards through first two games

Detroit Lions receiver Jameson Williams has six catches for 78 yards on 13 targets through the first two weeks of 2026. ESPN's Eric Woodyard called his start “rocky”; Williams entered the season as the expected WR2 after back-to-back 1,000-yard seasons.

Detroit is 1-1. Quarterback Jared Goff said he was “not worried about him in the slightest” and added that he needed to be better for Williams; Woodyard described the concern as a “mirage.”
