Instacart Chief Accounting Officer Lisa Blackwood-Kapral sold 3,017 shares on Sept. 15 for about $142,000 under a Rule 10b5-1 plan set up in November 2025. She retained 37,715 directly held shares, worth $1.77 million at that day’s close.
The sale came days after Instacart shares reached a reported 52-week high of $52.68; they closed at $46.81 on Sept. 15. The stock was at $43.19 at the Sept. 25 close.
Instacart reported second-quarter revenue of $1 billion, up 14% year over year.
