Hims & Hers revenue rose 38% year over year to $753 million. U.S. revenue rose 16% year over year, while Eucalyptus, acquired in June, contributed about $40 million in quarterly sales. The company reported an $86 million GAAP loss and $36 million in negative cash flow.
Management raised its full-year 2026 revenue forecast to $3.1 billion–$3.3 billion and set adjusted EBITDA guidance at $275 million–$325 million; the upper end of that guidance was lowered. Third-quarter revenue is projected at $880 million–$900 million, and management expects margins to remain below comparable periods in the near term.
The report identifies the growth mix—organic demand versus acquisitions—as an open question. A new $400 million convertible offering supported part of the company’s cash needs. It also cites 28.3% short interest and 48 hedge funds holding the stock in Q2 2026, up from 43 in the prior quarter.
