Some residents in Porto Sol, an HOA community in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, walked through knee-deep water after heavy rain flooded streets, with water approaching garages. They questioned drainage and HOA spending; management had not responded to WPTV by publication.
Resident Joseph Pankowski described the scene outside his home as “like a lake, a river” and asked about getting pump trucks. Leighton Forbes told WPTV the flooding made it difficult to do anything in the community.
