The Buffalo Bills signed wide receiver and punt returner Greg Dortch from their practice squad before Sunday's Week 3 game against the Chargers and placed defensive back Jordan Hancock on injured reserve with a hamstring injury. Hancock will miss at least four games.
Dortch has been elevated twice this season and has one practice-squad elevation remaining; his move for the Chargers game was a signing, not an elevation.
The Bills will face another roster decision after this week, when defensive lineman Phidarian Mathis's suspension ends.
