Everpure shares surged Thursday after management forecast fiscal 2028 revenue of $7 billion-$7.3 billion and adjusted operating profit of $1.7 billion-$1.9 billion. The revenue range exceeds Wall Street’s $6.2 billion estimate; fiscal 2027 revenue is projected near $5.1 billion.
Management projected fiscal 2027 revenue growth of roughly 38% and adjusted operating income of about $950 million. For fiscal 2028, it expects revenue growth to accelerate to 39%-45%.
Everpure’s data-management platform helps customers access proprietary information and prepare it for AI applications. CEO Charlie Giancarlo said the company is expanding into enterprise data management and solutions for hyperscalers, and linked a higher growth baseline in its core business to a decade of investment in its architecture.
