The DOJ's list of presidential pardons and commutations, including Trump's, was on its site Sept. 20, absent in a Sept. 21 archive snapshot and back by Sept. 22, 2026. The snapshots cannot establish exactly when it went missing or returned.
A Sept. 22 Facebook post by @MeidasTouch claimed the department had removed every one of Trump's pardons. Lead Stories said it asked the DOJ for an explanation but received no immediate reply.
The Internet Archive recorded the list on the site at 15:40 UTC on Sept. 20, a page without it at 19:41 UTC on Sept. 21, and its return at 15:40 UTC on Sept. 22. Because the archive snapshots are intermittent, those are observation times, not confirmed times of removal and restoration.
