Disney is raising its ad-free Disney+ plan to nearly $21.50 a month. Market Hang panelists with young children said they would keep paying despite higher prices, citing their kids’ demand for shows such as Bluey and Pocahontas.
One panelist said Disney parks, as well as the streaming service, leave the family feeling “locked in.” In a broader discussion of subscription costs, another suggested an AI agent could review services and estimated it might save $500 a month; this was a hypothetical, not reported savings.
