US buyers of certain iPhone 15 or 16 models bought from Apple between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025, may claim up to $95 per phone under Apple's $250 million Siri settlement. Claims are due Dec. 21, but payouts may be lower.
The class action alleged Apple used promises of Siri upgrades in its Apple Intelligence campaign to drive sales before those capabilities were ready; Apple agreed to settle while denying wrongdoing. Claimants must attest that they expected a Siri Apple Intelligence feature but did not receive it.
A claim can be started without a Claim ID or PIN, but completing the form requires an Apple Account ID or the phone’s serial number. Payment options include PayPal, Venmo, bank transfer or paper check; each eligible phone requires a separate form.
