Brittany Mahomes reposted Taylor Swift’s announcement on Instagram Stories Wednesday, Sept. 23, adding three heart-eyes emojis. Swift’s “The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore,” due Friday, Sept. 25, will feature four new songs, including “Patient Zero.”
Swift said she traveled to Sweden with collaborators Max and Shellback to celebrate what she called the biggest first week for an album in history; they wrote more songs at a studio there. She said the new tracks were born from gratitude for fans’ response.
