Cincinnati Bengals receiver Andrei Iosivas will go on injured reserve after tearing a ligament in his thumb, The Athletic’s Paul Dehner Jr. reports. He will miss at least four weeks, but coach Zac Taylor said the injury will not end his season.
Iosivas is expected to miss Weeks 3, 4, 5 and 7, with Cincinnati’s Week 6 bye in between. He had 435 receiving yards and two touchdowns on 33 catches last season; in 2024, he recorded 279 yards and six touchdowns.
Colbie Young and Dohnte Meyers are expected to contribute as depth options while Iosivas is out. Tee Higgins and Ja’Marr Chase remain available as the Bengals’ top wide receivers.
