Sales opened Wednesday for Windmill Estates, a gated 19-home community in Aubrey, with SERHANT leading sales. The project is expected to sell for more than $25 million combined; its home sites are each at least one acre.
The first phase, comprising five homes, broke ground Sept. 1, 2026, with deliveries scheduled to start in February 2027. Foundations for the remaining phases are set to be poured monthly through December, with deliveries continuing through May 2027, according to SERHANT.
The four single-story floor plans range from about 3,200 to 4,200 square feet, with four bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms and a three-car garage in each home. SERHANT agent Aaron Shockey said he expects people downsizing from Frisco to be a likely buyer group.
