Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen won the AFC’s Offensive Player of the Week award after totaling 317 yards and five touchdowns against Detroit; San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy earned the NFC award with 317 yards and three touchdowns against Miami.
Allen threw for 248 yards and three touchdowns and ran for 69 yards and two scores. Purdy passed for 287 yards and two touchdowns and added 30 rushing yards and a score. Both teams are 2-0 and play Sunday: Buffalo faces the 0-2 Los Angeles Chargers, while San Francisco meets the 1-1 Arizona Cardinals.
